CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY

This is to certify that the Goods described on the front of this Certificate conform to all relevant statutory requirements and to any controlled specification relating to the Goods, which has been agreed in writing between the Customer and Bako London & Southeast Limited.

TERMS OF TRADING

1. Prices charged to be those ruling on date of despatch
Prices subject to change without notification
2. Until payment to us for the Goods in full has been made then,
    (a) the Goods shall at all times remain our property but the risk therein and all liability to Third Parties in respect5 thereof shall pas to you on delivery
    (b) in the event that the Goods shall be processed of mixed with any other goods then the goods thereby produces (“New Articles”) shall be our property either solely OR if the goods are mixed with other goods the property in which is retained by any other person or persons, jointly with such other person or persons, in proportion to the cost prices to you of the Goods and such other goods
   (c) the risk in and all liability to Third Parties in respect of the New Articles shall remain with you and,  
   (d) you may sell the Goods and New Articles in the normal course of your business but in the event that you do so you shall hold and pursue claims for the proceeds of their sale equal to the price of the Goods for and on our behalf
3. Claims in respect of Loss, Damage or Shortage cannot be entertained unless made within two days of receipt of goods.  All deliveries must be marked accordingly on the Delivery note and we should be advised at once.

4. Payment Terms
   (a) Payment for Goods should be made to Bako London Southeast Limited 1-6 Merton Industrial Park, Morden Park, London SW19 3XX by your agreed payment  terms.     

   (b) Any account not settled by the due date will be subject to a surcharge of a percentage of the overdue balance.  This will be calculated monthly and debited to the account on the 12th of the month or the first working day thereafter
   (c) We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities should the terms of payment not be adhered to
5. All Priced shown on this invoice are calculated net of any quantity discount
6. We may make a search with a credit reference agency, which will keep a record of that search and will share that information with other businesses.  We may also make enquires about the principle directors with a credit reference agency.  We may monitor and record information relating to your trade performance and such records may be made available to credit reference agencies, who may share that information with other businesses in assessing applications for credit and fraud prevention.
